Welcome to MedXwaste LLC (“MedXwaste,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and SMS communications. By using our services or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

MedXwaste LLC provides medical waste collection, transportation, and disposal services to healthcare facilities, businesses, and other clients. Services are provided pursuant to applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing medical and hazardous waste.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: MedXwaste LLC Notifications & Alerts
Description: We send appointment reminders, service confirmations, account notifications (including invoices and compliance documents), operational alerts (including driver ETAs and route updates), and customer support messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services and account activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per week.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from MedXwaste LLC by:

  • Logging in to your MedXwaste Customer Portal account and enabling the “Service Reminders” toggle on the My Account page. You will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number and acknowledge consent to receive text messages. See our SMS Program page for details on the opt-in process.
  • Providing your phone number to a MedXwaste representative during account setup and verbally consenting to receive text messages.
  • Texting START or JOIN to our designated messaging number.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service is available on most major U.S. carriers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact information on file with MedXwaste LLC. Notify us promptly of any changes to your phone number or email address to ensure continued delivery of service notifications.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. MedXwaste LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Late fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.

5. Compliance

MedXwaste LLC operates in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations governing medical waste, including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, and applicable state environmental agency requirements. Clients are responsible for proper segregation and packaging of waste prior to pickup in accordance with applicable regulations and MedXwaste’s guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedXwaste LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or SMS communications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for services in the preceding 30 days.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedXwaste LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications

MedXwaste LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which MedXwaste LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
